  Never had a problem with this NFCU location. I do have significant deposits and savings here. I do my personal banking and other investing here also. Most everyone I have dealt with have been very professional and great.

  I had the worst experience opening up a account in 24hours. I was approved over the phone. The next day I got a atm card. Later in I the afternoon, my account was locked due to Early warning report which every bank uses. I spoke.with the manager Nancy over the phone. I asked Nancy if she can take my number just in case the phone call drops. She was rude and said no. She didn't care what happen and that her bank made a mistake in not telling me that I can't bank with them but still took all my money. Good news is that I still kept my previous bank open.
