  The location is great, the apartments are better than we could have expected, the office staff-especially Lourdes García- was very professional, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind through the process. We love it here!!

  Willow Lake Apartments in Laurel, MD, is a great place to live. There is a business center equipped with computers with Internet access. The staff is very helpful and rises to the needs of every resident. I also enjoy working out on the exercise equipment. That can be accessed round-the-clock. The business center is only accessible during office hours. But, it is a great help. And there's always refreshments for users. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a residence where every maintenance need is addressed, expediently. The property also has a beautiful lake (hence the name) and a willow tree, one of my favorites. I have seen in the lake ducks, fish, turtles, and frogs. There are also deer residing in the woods surrounding the property. In fact, early one morning (about 3 a.m.), I was standing on the porch and saw a deer walking down the sidewalk. It was amazing. The lake is a wonderful place to just sit and watch all the wildlife living here.
